This ring is pure copper and will develop a lovely patina with age. This patina can cause your finger to turn green. It is harmless and washes off easily.  You may wish to paint the inside of the ring with clear nail polish to prevent this 'sharing' of patina.

A real statement ring!  Several techniques were used to make this OOAK ring. Wire weaving, hammering, coiling and heat annealing to keep the metal workable. Natural copper and turquoise teardrop. 
Natural copper does share its patina with the wearer. You may wish to paint the inside of the ring with clear nail polish to protect your finger from this harmless 'sharing'.
